Presently, I work as a Technical Director and Sales Engineer for RAE Internet and RAE Antivirus.com, in New Rochelle, NY, an anti-virus/anti-spam software company.

From December 2002 through January 2004, I held a hybrid position as a Project Manager/QA/Developer, at LiveTechnology, in Purchase, NY.

Prior to that I was a network and desktop support manager for United Entertainment Media. Concurrent and prior to that position I performed duties as a webmaster for several sites, including Gigmag.com, EQmag.com, and MusicPlayer.com. I maintained the content and also project managed the launch of MusicPlayer.com, where I oversaw a database administrator, system administrator and template developer using the Vignette Story Server platform.

In 2002 - 2003 I passed CompTIA's A+, Network+ and i-Net+, certifications, passed the Sun Solaris 8 SCSA exams, and completed a course for Veritas Volume Manager.

Prior to my IT and web-related positions, I also worked as a Production Manager at Cherry Lane Music. I was in charge of trafficking the advertisements and worked with the editor-in-chiefs and publishers of the various magazine to layout each issue and look out for problems such as competitive issues, page priority and corrections.

Just before becoming Production Manager, I also spent a year as the Circulation Manager, where I coordinated efforts such as preparing for the ABC audit, tracking promotions, list rental, and working with vendors and fulfillment companies.

I also have a sales background. From May 1996 until June 1997, I had the position of Dealer Sales Manager for Cherry Lane. My assignment was to get more retailers and wholesalers to carry the magazines in their stores and newsstands.

From February 1995 to November 1996, I was an Inside Sales Associate for Kaman Music. I maintained and managed client accounts. I also processed transactions through a direct-order entry inventory system. I coordinated a second quality merchandise venture. Also, I supported dealers and district sales managers with product information and technical knowledge.

My other experiences include working as a Database List Administrator for The Blue Note Labels in the Marketing department, a part-time sales associate at Melody Music, and an Account Data Management Specialist for Aetna. I also consulted and served as a manufacturer's representative for Blair Guitars at a couple of NAMM shows.
